Addressing Disrespectful Behaviors

As a participant in this condensed version of our full program, you will have the opportunity to experience how this session guides teams in identifying and proactively addressing disrespectful behavior in the workplace. You will also learn the definition of incivility, how to recognize sources, and how to foster a civilly aware work environment. In addition, you will begin to learn how to master the "Assertive Ask" for addressing disrespectful behaviors.

Holly Kahn - HeadshotHolly is a Talent Development professional with more than a decade of experience in supporting the growth and development of individuals and teams in a variety of settings, including education, financial services, non-profit, and retail. She believes in the potential that every person has to identify and grow their talents as well as learn and enhance their personal and professional lives with new knowledge and experiences. Her passion is to spark a love of learning and the development of a growth mindset in everyone she meets!

She is a two-time SUNY graduate earning her bachelor's degree in Childhood and Special Education from the College at Geneseo and her master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University at Buffalo. She is an Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® Certified Practitioner and holds certificates from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in Designing Virtual Training and Coaching. When not at work you can find her spending time with friends and family enjoying good food, watching her favorite teams win (Go Yanks and Bills!), attending live theater and music performances, or playing the latest tabletop board game.
