Expanding on the concepts addressed in Workshop 1, this session will dive deeper into financial planning practices for nonprofits seeking to chart a financial course for reopening as the pandemic recedes. Topics will include cash flow and budget projections, scenario planning, and setting reserve goals in the context of financial uncertainty. We will also address broader financial considerations for growth in response to increased community need andstructural changes such as mergers in response to financial pressures.

This webinar is open to organizations in Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester Counties. It is recommended for each organization to send at least 1 staff and 1 board member to attend.
