Megan Allen (she/her/hers)

“Megan is widely recognized for her leadership role in development at BOCES, where she created and grew a grant-writing service that assisted nonprofits, school districts, BOCES, and municipalities statewide. She is also Board Chair of the Capital District Women's Employment and Resource Center.”

Peter Andrew

“Leading Council Services Plus, NYCON's insurance and benefits subsidiary, since its inception over 20 years ago.”

Malick Diomande

“Malick aims to help bolster the capacity of nonprofits by connecting members with resources to help further their mission. He is a Cornell University graduate with a degree in Government, who also serves as a high school track and field coach.”

Tracy DuShane, LL.M

“Tracy comes to NYCON after successfully completing her Master’s in Legal Studies (LL.M) and running her own foundation, Military Family Foundation, for the past nine years. Tracy lives in Delmar and is actively pursuing her second Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.”

Jeffrey Kosmacher

Michelle Jarvais (she/her/hers)

“As CFO for NYCON, she is responsible for all the fiscal operations of the consolidated entity, facility management, all human resource functions, manages the Group Employee Benefit Program, and oversees NYCON's fiscal staff. ”

Kelly S. Mathews (she/her/hers)

“Since 1998, she has led NYCON’s Financial Management Group, providing financial management technical assistance and training to nonprofit staff and boards of directors throughout New York State, both directly and via partnerships with New York State agencies and foundations.”

Charlie Owens, (he/him/his)

“Charlie serves NYCON’s membership by connecting them with the resources they need. He comes to NYCON with more than a decade of nonprofit administration experience at premiere arts and cultural organizations across the region.”

Erica Scheer

“Erica holds a degree from Stony Brook University in Women’s Studies. In college, she worked as a Diversity Assistant in the Office of Multicultural Affairs. Erica has privately tutored high school and college students in a variety of subjects. She is a sociopolitical justice activist and long-time ally of non-profits throughout New York State.”
