HR Projects/Outsourced HR

Looking for a part-time HR professional to lead your nonprofit’s HR activities for you? Or perhaps help with setting up HR systems to get you started, or help with your HR questions?

 

NYCON is excited to partner with John T. Kuznia, CPA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, an HR professional with 35 years of experience in nonprofits who has served as HR Director for a variety of small to large (1000+ staff) organizations. John can help you establish basic HR systems, advise you on difficult HR decisions, or lead all of your HR activities. Virtual or on-site support available, depending on your location.

Due to high demand, NYCON also partners with Integra HR, LLC, bringing additional HR experts with decades of experience to work with nonprofits throughout New York State.
