Outsourced HR/HR Projects

Looking for a part-time HR professional to lead your nonprofit’s HR activities for you? Or perhaps help with setting up HR systems to get you started?

NYCON is excited to partner with John T. Kuznia, CPA, SPHR, an HR professional with 35 years of experience in nonprofits who has served as HR Director for a variety of small to large (1000+ staff) organizations. John can help you establish basic HR systems, advise you on difficult HR decisions,  or lead all of your HR activities. Virtual or on-site support available, depending on your location.

Cost: $175+/hour, available as as needed or for ongoing support. He will assess your needs and discuss options upfront.
