Executive Director Leadership Retreats are multi-day training sessions for executive directors with six months to five years of experience.
As an executive director with six months to five years of experience, attending NYCON's Executive Director Leadership Retreats can help you develop valuable skills to advance your career.
This program offers practical training in nonprofit executive leadership, management, and problem-solving, tailored to engage participants in organization-specific conversations with instructors and peers.

Program Format
The retreat is designed to maximize impact with a blend of group training and cohort discussions, and includes two nights’ accommodation and all meals for overnight participants.
Schedule & Participation
Three days total:
• Day 1: Starts at 11:00 AM
• Day 2: Full day
• Day 3: Concludes at 2:00 PM
A commuter rate is available for local participants, including on-site meals. A detailed agenda will be sent to participants closer to the event.

Refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
