Accounting Advisor and IT Administrator, NYCON & Human Resources Coordinator and Accountant, Good Causes, Inc.

Rochelle Williams has been working in the nonprofit sector for over 20 years. She joined New York Council of Nonprofits Inc. (NYCON)’s Financial Management Group in 2004. Rochelle has a dual role serving as Accounting Advisor and IT Administrator. In her dual role she provides financial assistance to NYCON nonprofit members in New York State. She also works as the Human Resources Coordinator and Accountant for NYCON’s affiliate Good Causes, Inc., providing HR, accounting and grant managements service to its numerous fiscally sponsored organizations and bookkeeping clients. As an IT Administrator, she monitors, diagnoses, and maintains the company’s computer systems and communication network.
Rochelle graduated from the State University at Albany where she studied Information Science & Technology and Accounting. She has earned certifications in Google Workspace Specialization and IT Support.

Rochelle has been serving on the board of the Capital City Seventh-day Adventist Church since 2014. She is currently the treasurer for the church. She has a passion for children and youth and is certified in youth ministry and leadership. She works with the Pathfinder Club at the local level and coordinates the Master Guide and Adventurer Programs in the Hudson Valley Capital Region of Northeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.
Rochelle is married to Kirk Williams, a Tax Consultant with Farm Credit East, ACA. Together, they have two lovely sons whom Rochelle has been homeschooling for more than 10 years.
