Crafting a Development Plan

Looking to grow and maximize your fundraising activities? In this session you will learn how to create a development plan, with ideas on different fundraising activities to include. With a focus on nonprofits with small staff, the session will also include how to involve others (volunteers, board members) to help, and how to maximize your efforts. The session will be led by BoardStrong Director Barbara Paxton, who has more than a decade of experience serving as Director of Development for multiple nonprofit organizations.
