Nonprofit organizations are challenged to fully represent and engage the diversity of their communities in all aspects of their operations. As the governing body, the board must include people with diverse skills, perspectives, and demographic representation in order to ensure the entirety of the organization is welcoming and accessible to all. Panelists will discuss their experiences working to create and sustain a diverse and inclusive boards of directors.
