In a time of extraordinary challenge and uncertainty, nonprofit leaders are asked to do more with less, navigate constant change, and sustain organizations communities rely on. Hope Is a Practice We Tend Together reframes hope not as optimism or denial, but as a practical capacity that can be strengthened individually and collectively.
The talk explores how constraint can spark creativity, how a hopeful mindset expands our sense of possibility, and why relationships are essential resources in difficult times. It also highlights how core nonprofit finance skills—discernment, stewardship, adaptability, and focus on what matters most—can help organizations move through uncertainty without being defined by scarcity or fear.
