The New York Council of Nonprofits (NYCON) and Nonprofit New York (NPNY) are partnering to launch the 2026 New York State Nonprofit Compensation Survey—the first statewide collaboration of its kind to provide nonprofits with current, New York-specific salary and benefits data.
This survey will help create the most comprehensive picture of nonprofit compensation practices across New York State. By participating, your organization will receive valuable benchmarking information while helping strengthen compensation data for the entire nonprofit sector.
Organizations that complete the survey will receive the full 2026 New York State Nonprofit Compensation Report at no cost. This comprehensive benchmarking resource includes salary and benefits data for positions at all levels of nonprofit organizations across New York State.
