Session Description: This 1-hour webinar will begin with brief updates from NYCON staff on the latest federal actions and relevant resources and guidance for nonprofits. Then attendees will self-select breakout rooms for smaller discussions that will be facilitated by NYCON staff on such topics as DEI rulings, immigrant impacts, addressing staff anxiety, arts funding cuts and more. The event will end with a sharing of highlights with all participants. The event will not be recorded, though written takeaways will be shared with members.
