Supporting National Council of Nonprofits’ June 10 Lobby Day in NYS
Annually the National Council of Nonprofits (including NYCON and NCN’s other network members) lobbies in June in Washington, D.C. on topics of common interest to all nonprofits nationally. This year, we are inviting all NYCON members to participate to further the impact of this annual event.
This year the lobby day will be June 10 and NYCON is inviting members to participate the week of June 9-13 by 1) visiting NYS congressional district offices or 2) traveling to Washington D.C. to speak with members of Congress. During this webinar, NYCON will share NCN resources on lobby topics (including the 2025 Tax Debate and nonprofit bipartisanship) and explain how NYCON members can get involved, including how to set up meetings with their congressional members.
