The Adaptive Leader: Navigating Complexity and Change
- Date: Tuesday, October 6, 2025 – the day before Camp Finance; attendance at Camp Finance is not required
- Time: 1:00pm -4:00pm
- Place: The Sagamore Resort, 110 Sagamore Road, Bolton Landing, NY
- Price: $425 per attendee – this event is only open to NYCON members; nonprofits sending more than one representative pay a discounted price of $300 for second and third attendees. Coffee and snacks are provided.

NYCON staff will be present to provide strategic guidance and practical tools to overcome obstacles and achieve your mission goals. Staff will share best practices and new ideas from nonprofits around the state. Participants will engage in group discussion to share their challenges, successes and ways they may have turned those challenges into opportunities. and sharing, providing additional ideas. Building a strong network of peer executive directors, investing in your professional development, and seeking support when needed are all signs of strong leadership, not of weakness. You are the leader the nonprofit sector needs in these uncertain times.
