Yaniyah Pearson, M.A. brings over 25 years of executive and senior management experience to leadership coaching for executive directors navigating today's complex nonprofit landscape. With 12 years as a technical assistance consultant for government-funded programs and 12 years as a restorative justice facilitator with NYC DOE. Yaniyah specializes in helping leaders move from survival mode to sustainable resilience. As founder of Transformation In Action, she partners with executive directors of nonprofits facing post-pandemic pressures and shifting federal landscapes. Her coaching creates space for leaders to reconnect with their core values and passions, transforming crisis into opportunities for organizational renewal. Through systems change analysis, value aligned frameworks, and healing-centered practices, she helps leaders avert personal burnout and build cultures where both staff and communities can thrive. Yaniyah holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and certifications from the National Training Laboratory Institute, Acosta Institute Healing-Centered Education, Healing-Centered AI Design, and completed fellowships with Equity and Results and YouthBuild USA.
